What is the Leadership Training Institute?
The Annual Session is MSL’s main event for the semester. Annual Session will be a 2-day direct simulation of the Maryland General Assembly. Members will be debate the bills they have crafted throughout the semester, demonstrate parliamentary procedure, and be given the opportunity to experience life as a delegate or senator.

What is the dress code?
The dress code will be formal.

Do we provide transportation?
Please reach out to your Delegation Chairperson if you need help with transportation arrangements.

Is there a cost of attendance?
The cost of attendance will be $70. Attendees usually do not have to pay this out of pocket and is usually handled through your Delegation Chairperson

Am I eligible for the event?
All MSL members (regardless of experience) are welcome, though new members are encouraged to attend, though you must have registered with your Delegation Chairperson a week before the session. Reach out to governor@msl.org with any questions.
