Secretary of State (2011-2012)Gary McKenna (McDaniel College) Notifies all regular members and delegations of meetings of the General Assembly; certifies and issues charters to all delegations; certifies members for alumni status and issues service certificates. The Secretary of State also maintains all administrative records of the Maryland Student Legislature; maintains the Journal of the General Assembly; maintains the minutes of the Council of State and State Government; in addition to maintaining a database of all regular members. |
