Comptroller (2008-2009)Kathleen Gipprich (University of Maryland, College Park) Maintains a ledger of the MSL, accounts and reports on their balances; collects Delegation membership dues; manages reimbursement; works with the Governor in preparation and presentation of the Official MSL Budget; plans fundraising efforts on behalf of MSL; responsible for creating a yearly financial report; and collects Registration fees. |
