90	SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE MARYLAND STUDENT

100			LEGISLATURE: that the Writing Manual for Acts and Resolutions of the 

110			Maryland Student Legislature read as follows:



120	Section 1, III



130	(B)  All resolutions must be typewritten IN 10 POINT TIMES NEW ROMAN FONT. 



140	Section 2, III



150	(B)  All resolutions must be typewritten in 12 10 point font TIMES NEW ROMAN FONT.



160 SECTION 3 - AMENDMENT PROCEDURE



170 	THESE RULES SHALL BE CONSIDERED STANDING AND AS SUCH ANY 

180 	AMENDMENT TO THESE RULES SHALL REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS VOTE FOR 

190 	ADOPTION AND SHALL BE PRESENTED AS A SIMPLE RESOLUTION AT AN 

200      INTERIM ASSEMBLY OR ANNUAL SESSION.



210	SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that this shall take effect

220 		July 1, 2000
