10 			A RESOLUTION CONCERNING
20 		THE BALTIMORE COUNTY BROTHEL LAWS

30	WHEREAS:	Baltimore County outdated brothel laws prohibits more 
40			than three people to live in the same house with different 
50			last names;  and,

60	WHEREAS:	It is a useless and outdated law because it limits the Greek
70 			ommunities of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, 
80			Towson State University, Loyola College, and Villa Julie College 
90			by inhibiting their ability to create Greek community housing; and,

100	WHEREAS:	This limits the ability of Greek communities to attract members 
110			and fulfill their potential as scholarly organizations.

120	THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:	That the Maryland Student Legislature urges 
130			the Baltimore County Council to abolish this law.
