10	A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A STANLEY KUBRICK DAY

20	WHEREAS:	Stanley Kubrick has passed into history as a great film director; and,

30	WHEREAS:	Stanley Kubrick has provided the public with many memorable films; and,

40	WHEREAS:	Stanley Kubrick had a dark sense of humor; and,

50	WHEREAS:	Stanley Kubrick passed away on March 7, 1999.

60 	THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:  That the Maryland Student Legislature urges the 
70 			United States of America to adopt March 7 as Stanley Kubrick day 
80			throughout the nation.
