10     			     A RESOLUTION CONCERNING
20 		THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LOUIS GOLDSTEIN DAY IN MARYLAND

30	WHEREAS:	Louis Goldstein served the state of Maryland for forty years as 
40			Comptroller of the Treasury; and,
	
50	WHEREAS:	Louis Goldstein exemplified dedication to his state, his
60			government, and his fellow Maryland citizens; and,

70	WHEREAS:	Such service and dedication should be memorialized.

80	THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:The Maryland Student Legislature urges the 
90			adoption of March 14 as Louis Goldstein day in the state of 
100			Maryland.
