10		A RESOLUTION CONCERING

20            THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES


			

30	WHEREAS:	The President of the United States, Bill Clinton,has had an
40 	     		adulterous affair with a government employee, in the Oval Office; and,

50	WHEREAS:	President Clinton has also committed perjury; and, 

60	WHEREAS:	The President has explicitly engaged in other official misconduct
70 			and disrespectful acts; and, 

80	WHEREAS:	Such a man is obviously not trustworthy and is unfit to be leader of
90			the free world; and, 

100	WHEREAS:	The American people can not foolishly continue to let this adulterer
110			and liar faithfully execute the laws of our land; and, 

120	WHEREAS:	His resignation, as our Commander in Chief, is more than a fair
130			price to pay.   

140	THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:	That the Maryland Student Legislature urges
150			President Clinton to resign; and,

160	BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:	That the Maryland Student Legislature urges
170			Congress to execute its constitutional duty of 
180			impeachment and removal of the president 
190			should he not resign.
